SIC Esperança launches Volunteer Club
SIC Esperança announces its latest project, the “SIC Esperança Volunteer Club”.
The Volunteer Club’s mission is to promote and organize volunteering actions that contribute to the social, cultural, environmental and educational development of the communities where the actions are carried out, with the main objective of supporting the various initiatives developed by SIC Esperança with a nationwide impact, especially in the areas of education and environmental sustainability.
The Club’s activities will be carried out by volunteers, aged 18 or over, individually and/or in collaboration with partner entities, including educational institutions, volunteer banks and companies.
The Volunteer Club consists of a volunteering grant to participate in SIC Esperança initiatives, namely in campaigns to directly raise funds and/or goods, rehabilitation of spaces, and skills volunteering, among others.
Who can participate? The Volunteer Club is open to individuals and entities, such as companies, local volunteer banks, and educational establishments, among others. We believe that everyone, individually or together, can contribute to the well-being and mobilization of their community and the success of our projects at a national level.
To register, each volunteer must access the SIC Esperança website at sicesperanca.org and register according to their profile.
The participation of volunteers is fundamental to the success of SIC Esperança’s actions. By signing up, each volunteer will be part of a network of people and organizations committed to making a difference. SIC Esperança has been working since the first minute to transform Portugal into a fairer and less unequal country, where everyone has access to opportunities and a more sustainable future.
