Azeméis Seasons Sounds returns for a final celebration of musical and cultural experiences of excellence. On November 30th, the festival will once again warm up Oliveira de Azeméis, transforming the newly opened TeMA in the heart of the city into a stage for an unforgettable farewell.
The festival, known for its commitment to artistic quality and social responsibility, says goodbye, but not before making the city vibrate one last time. It will be a special night, full of emotion, where the past and present come together to create memories that will echo even after the last chord.
The evening will begin with the performance of Luís Contrário, who brings to the stage his debut album, dance songs for sad people, with pulsating basses, loops and synths, Luís challenges the audience to dance with melancholy. Then it will be the turn of Leo Middea, the carioca artist who is one of the most recent representatives of the new scene of Brazilian Popular Music, having become better known in Portugal with his performance at the Festival da Canção. With successes like “Vicentina” and “Beleza Isolar”, its presentation promises warmth, softness and contagious energy and to finish with a golden key, we will welcome the talented Benjamim who will present his multidisciplinary work As Berlengas. Inspired by the archipelago of the same name, but without ever having visited it, Benjamim creates a “mental archipelago”, an exercise in the escapism that ends up taking epic proportions in terms of size, format and ambition.
Azeméis Seasons Sounds is carried out by the Association Agir Fora da Caixa together with the Youth Council of the Municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis.
Throughout the editions, this co-organization has allowed the festival to become a cultural reference, promoting emerging talents and providing unforgettable artistic experiences to the public. This latest edition represents the culmination of a shared and intensely lived dream by a group of young people from Oliveira – a final celebration of music, friendship and union.
