The Pessimist – Café Teatro (Staged Stand-Up Comedy)
Thursdays at 7:30 pm
The text and stage design are by Hélder Mateus da Costa, but the person on stage is Teresa Mello-Sampayo, a natural communicator and talented actress, giving life to an alter-ego, D. Graça Pessimista, who speaks to us, with a lot of irony and sarcasm, about the calculating and hesitant behavior of the common citizen in this satire on the cynicism and pedantry with which analysts and opinion makers set out to judge Humanity.
Come to Cinearte and enjoy a show that keeps us alert to the ridiculousness of everyday life.

- Interpretation: Teresa Mello Sampayo

The Incorruptible – Comedy in 1 Act
Fridays at 7:30 pm
In a creation by Hélder Mateus da Costa, Gil Filipe gives life to Anthôunio, a politician who lives in the anguish of no one wanting to corrupt him, accompanied on stage by the chameleonic Rita Nunes who plays a myriad of characters ranging from a cardinal to a clairvoyant.
A “simple tribute” to unforgettable and well-known contemporary figures.
No one doubts that corruption is endemic, it affects all layers of the population, it makes idols with feet of clay, party leaders, sly deputies, television commentators, jet setters and riffraff fall daily, it is transversal…
It’s true, there’s no cure for this.
What to do? How about a good laugh?”

- Interpretation: Gil Filipe and Rita Mendes Nunes
- Duration 1H15
- Class. Age M/12
