The incomparable Lena d’Água presented “Desalmadamente” at the Arena Multiusos de Paio Pires

Lena d’Água, icon of national music, presented the album “Desalmamente” as part of the Summer Concerts in the Village, at the Arena Multiusos de Paio Pires.

This past weekend, from the 6th to the 8th of August, the Arena Multiusos de Paio Pires hosted the Concertos de Verão na Aldeia, which featured three very special nights with David Ventura, Lena d’Água, and Toy. Entrance to the shows, at 8:30 pm, was free, with limited capacity, and always followed the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health.

Lena d’Água took the stage on Saturday, August 7th, to present her most recent album of originals “Desalmadamente”, a record that marked the artist’s return to the world of national music after 30 years, and which she won at 32. 1st Edition of the José Afonso Award (PJA).

We listened to themes like “Opá”, “Enquanto Assim For”, “Queda Para Voar”, “Hipocampo”, “Grande Festa”, “Minutos”, “Bem Que Vos Avisei”, “Voltas Trocadas”, “Desalmadamente” and, the classics such as “Demagogia”, “Robot”, “Sempre que o amor me quiser” and “A Culpa é da Vontade”.

The day before, August 6th, the fado singer David Ventura took the stage at the Arena Multiusos, and the next day, August 8th, it was the turn of the setubalense Toy, who ended the concert cycle at Aldeia de Paio Pires.
