2,100 was the total number of guests at Flight Center Global Gathering 2024 Lisbon, received and served by Casa do Marquês in five different spaces in the city.
With 10 months of preparation and a team of 512 members, including the commercial department, logistics, room and pantry staff, it was possible to hold four days of events by the largest international travel agency in Australia and one of the largest in the world – FCM Travel.
Casa do Marquês guaranteed the organization, catering and decoration of the different spaces of this global meeting, where the main high-performance travel agents, suppliers and sponsors from all over the world were welcomed. Thus, between the Distillery of Lisbon, Pátio da Galé, Campo Pequeno, FIL and Casa do Presidente spaces, 59,320 glasses and 12,510 dishes were made available, to enjoy the delights of the team coordinated by Executive Chef Humberto Santos.
This event is, on the one hand, an affirmation of 35 years of history, of the know-how, reputation and trust that Casa do Marquês customers attribute to it, reaffirming, once again, the leadership in the Hotel and Restaurant segment and the award, which it received this year for Best Portuguese SME in the sector. On the other hand, it is also further proof that Portugal is increasingly a destination of choice for events, with Lisbon being the third city worldwide with the most congresses in 2023, according to the ranking of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA ).
