Accompanying the success of the book “Poupe com a Pitada do Pai”, which has already sold out its 5th editions (in less than 3 months), Rui Marques continues his tour around the country teaching how to eat healthier and cheaper.

In his showcoocking sessions, he teaches families how to eat better, cheaper and without ever giving up on taste. They are practical recipes aimed at Portuguese families, as a way to help them live better with an increasingly tight family budget.
