Now the latest talents to step onto the A.R.T. stage are revealed. Festival: Angolan artists Soarito and Florito join names like Alpha Blondy, Freddy Locks and Chelsea Dinorath on September 14th. Soarito is known for his music influenced by different genres, such as Afrobeat and Kizomba. He gained prominence on the music scene with his first album, Caixa Azul, released in 2022, where he collaborated with several well-known artists, such as Gerilson Insrael, Edgar Domingos and Edmázia Mayembe. Florisberto Mbemba, better known as Florito, is an emerging talent on the Afro scene, especially influenced by Nigerian music. Another big news is the NiTfm stage, which is curated by NiTfm radio and belongs to Nit’s editorial universe. This stage will be the epicentre of entertainment, with a diverse program that includes comedy, emerging bands and DJ sets. The presenter will be the irreverent Miguel Lambertini, ensuring a good mood every day.

On the first day, the comedy is on the side of Fred Chaves and João Pinto, who promises to provide plenty of laughter and excitement. On the second day, it’s the turn of the iconic Tiago Pereira and Mónica Vale de Gato to bring hilarious moments. On September 15th, Joana Caldeira, Laura and Joana Gama close the comedy program with a flourish.

The musical program on the NiTfm stage is equally eclectic. On the 13th, Joydan & The Majestics will bring their deep roots in Jamaican culture and hip-hop to the stage, followed by a vibrant DJ set by Tiago Santos, known as Hora do Sol Dub. On September 14th, Zoe Mazah & Band will be the star of the night, with their unique fusion of reggae and soul, followed by a DJ set by Louie Melody, who promises to keep the crowd entertained.

The last day of the festival, September 15th, will be marked by a show by Orlando Santos & The Bagattels. The vocalist mixes reggae, rock, blues and soul, giving melody to songs with messages of hope and love, ending the festival with a contagious and nostalgic energy. To close this first edition of the A.R.T. Music Festival in style, João Gomes takes over the dishes with an unmissable DJ set.

“NiTfm’s participation in the A.R.T Festival represents an important step in MadMen’s strategy of organizing more and more non-digital projects that allow us to be close to our readers and listeners. Grupo Chiado’s challenge to be partners in this festival — which takes place precisely in one of the cities where we have a regional magazine, New in Oeiras — was a great opportunity for us to create a music concept linked to the DNA of our communication group”, says Jaime Martins Alberto, publisher and founder of NiT.

The A.R.T. Music Festival promises to be an unforgettable experience with two stages that will entertain the audience. On the main stage, big names in reggae and hip-hop such as Alborosie & Shengen Clan, Alpha Blondy, Anthony B & House of Riddim, Gentleman, Leo 2745, Regula and Piruka will take centre stage.
