A trip to Africa without leaving Lisbon
Miguel Almeida Bruno is passionate about the African continent and will be the next guest of the Travel Talk about Africa that will take place next Thursday, February 6th, at 7 pm, at Xperience, in Lisbon.
This Travel Talk will focus on the wildlife of different countries, the different cultures and untold natural wealth that this place has to offer.
Miguel Almeida Bruno is a photographer and professional guide, having spent part of his childhood in Angola, something that marked him forever.
The passion for this continent made him return and dedicate his career to wildlife and ecotourism.
He worked and lived in several countries such as: Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau, Cameroon, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique and Tanzania, the latter country is where he currently spends most of his time developing his Safaris project where he does not he only acts as an organizer, guide and photographer.
Since July 2011, Miguel is also the promoter and operations manager of a company with an alternative concept with routes and river safaris, based in Mozambique, and was responsible for the installation of activities in Gorongosa National Park.
In addition to his passion for Africa, Miguel is also a great photography enthusiast and uses this art as a means of disseminating his work and sharing his view of this continent, conveying his feeling for African wildlife and culture. “EYES OF AFRICA” is the title of Miguel Bruno’s exhibition that will be open to the public all February, at Galeria Xperience. 29 February | 11 am – Club Small Travelers. In this event, the youngest will be able to create a bookmark and use their creativity to make it an animated bookmark!
They can make little monsters, animals, or even a kite!
Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 7:30 pm – Saturday 10 am to 2 pm – World Gallery – “Eyes of Africa” Miguel Almeida Bruno is a wildlife guide in several African countries and shares through his photographic gaze the wildlife and culture of this continent.
All events at Xperience are free and free to enter and aim to discover the world and promote the learning of new places, peoples, cultures and landscapes and undoubtedly the desire to escape.
