The current world situation is redoubling the need and importance of training, especially in the Tourism sector. Aware of this reality, the Association of Hotel Directors of Portugal (ADHP) converted the Specialization Course in Hotel Management to an online version, adapting all content, workloads and modules.
So the next Course will take place online from the 4th to the 30th of July, starting from the 2nd of September until the 24th of October.
It is recalled that the Specialization Courses in Hotel Management involve 272 hours of training, in modules as varied as Strategic Management, Business Plan, Human Resources Management, Commercial Management, Technologies and Marketing in Hospitality, Management of Hotel Operations F&B, Management of FO Hotel Operations, Facilities and Equipment Management, Financial Management, Hotel and Labor Law, Revenue Management and Quality and Environment.
Trainees who successfully complete the training will have the Professional Training Certificate, in accordance with the legislation in force.
“This course was adapted to the times in which we live, allowing us to explore other teaching models, such as the use of online platforms, thus increasing the universe of participation. The geographical limitation, which ADHP had been closing within its possibilities, ceases to exist ”, highlights Raúl Ribeiro Ferreira, president of ADHP, adding that“ the challenges that the sector faces, namely its impact on the structure of the units, and the changes to be introduced in the management will already be subject to a careful analysis by the trainers ”.
