The Brazilian singer presented her most recent work at the CCB yesterday, after Coimbra, it was Lisbon’s turn to host this excellent concert.
One of the biggest names in Brazilian music, who chose Coimbra to live and work, and where he divides his time between music and musical composition classes, returned to the stage with his new work Errante.
With about 1.3 million monthly listeners on Spotify, the music born in Porto Alegre and which, since the 1990 album, Enguiço, has given Brazilian music and the Portuguese language so many memorable songs, such as “Vambora”, “Devolva me”, “Esquadros” or “Mentiras”, in a career spanning 30 years.
The Lisbon hall was filled to hear Adriana, who chose Portugal, Coimbra, for the debut of the Errante tour, which will take her to the European stages.
The concert lasting about an hour and a half, in Adriana Calcalhotto, featured Domenico Lancellotti on drums, Pedro Sá on guitars, Guto Wirtti on double bass, Jorge Continentino on saxophone, flute, and keyboards, Diogo Gomes on trumpet and Marlon Sette on trombone, wind instruments, which for the first time, is part of his concerts, and gives a great richness to his themes.
