agap2IT will hire 100 employees after earning 24 million euros

agap2IT ended 2021 with a turnover of €24M, supported by a commitment to flexible work, the global dimension of the business and diversification of the offer, maintaining the hybrid and full remote models whenever possible.
The strategy followed, in an adverse context that presents a multiplicity of new challenges, is based on three complementary axes: training of employees integrated into new models and processes; implementation of more international projects from Portugal; and diversification of the offer through the consultant’s business units.
In a transformational scenario, working patterns and the relationship with consultants are changing. The new Smart working formats, at home or in the office, are joined by an effort in terms of Employer Branding and in terms of attracting and retaining talent. Flexible initiatives and benefits and a new employee monitoring plan serve to reformulate agap2IT’s relationship with its People and meet their expectations.
The ability to deliver projects remotely makes it possible to broaden the focus to other geographies. agap2IT is now a global brand, counting on IT Recruiters of different nationalities to respond to the challenge of attracting international talent.

With more international projects being developed in Portugal, there will tend to be no need to emigrate in search of new work opportunities in organizations of diversified nature and better financial conditions. Our Lisbon and Porto offices are becoming a melting pot, as we attract international consultants from various backgrounds to settle in our country”, explains Jorge Batista, CEO of agap2IT. “The moment is one of adaptation and innovation, and agap2IT is committed to offering conditions that fulfil the wishes of our consultants and train them for a reference delivery”, he concludes.
