This Sunday, August 13th, the choices can fall on the following dishes: Soup à lavrador or Cream of vegetables, Cod à lagareiro or Feijoada de cuttlefish, Roasted veal à transmontana style or Roasted ham, Fava bean stew with vegan chorizo (vegetarian dish) or Pasta Bolognese (for the kids). In the end, a selection of desserts by the Pastry Master for those with a sweet tooth.
