Alentejo elected by The Guardian as one of the rural spots to know

The British reference newspaper highlighted the Alentejo region among the six rural European destinations to visit in 2019.

From March, the Alentejo, located in the south of Portugal, becomes an idyllic and colourful picture: yellowish vegetation with wild red poppies, white daisies and lilac lilies that characterize and dazzle the landscape of this region so characteristic ” Praises The Guardian.
