The Portuguese designer Alexandra Moura presents today the new autumn/winter collection, titled “Bestiary”, in the fashion week of Milan (feminine), being the first national creator to integrate the official calendar of the event.
Last month, Alexandra Moura confessed that when she learned that she was going to be on the official calendar of parades in Milan she was “speechless”.
“I felt very honored and with immense happiness. Above all, I was quite proud,” assumes the designer who ends today the fashion shows of Milan, after six days of the event.
For its part, Portugal Fashion is the culmination of the work, talent and recognition of the Portuguese designer, to which is added a “strong cooperation and deep relationship between Portugal Fashion and the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana”, recalling that the Portuguese designer has five entries in the fashion week in London.
Alexandra Moura was part of the Young European Fashion Designers publications in 2007, the Atlas of Fashion Designers in 2009, as well as the Map of Contemporary Fashion in 2011 and Fashion Design Sourcebook in 2011, and currently has points of sale in Japan, China, Spain and Kuwait.
According to Portugal Fashion, also in Milan was the designer Katty Xiomara.
“Katty Xiomara will present her 19/20 autumn-winter proposals in a fashion show integrated into Milan Fashion Week’s official calendar of events, as was the case with Miguel Vieira in January at Milano Moda Uomo,” said Portugal Fashion in the month past.
