Algarve | Beach of Odeceixe

It is the northernmost beach in the Algarve (this means that it is there on the border with the Costa Alentejana). It is bathed, on the one hand, by the Odeceixe stream, good for carrying the kids, and, on the other, by the sea, which is customary to walk rough – at the level of the waves, for surfers it is incredible. Already had a place in the list of seven wonders of Portugal in 2012.

HOW TO GET THERE: Easy, easy: from the north on the EN120 (Odemira-Aljezur), just outside the bridge over the Seixe river and on the Algarve side, turn right. 3 km later you will find the beach.

ALREADY THERE IS: Next door there is a more discreet beach: the Adegas. Discreet only in location: it is frequented by nudists.
