Algarve Chefs Week’s Solidarity Version takes place on December 1

The fourth edition of the Solidary Dinner of Christmas reverts entirely to the associations APEXA and CATRAIA.

Algarve Chefs Week, an annual gastronomic event, brings together chefs from several Algarve luxury hotels to hold the traditional Christmas Solidarity Dinner with the aim of raising funds to support disadvantaged groups in the regional community. The event will take place in the newly opened Algarve Congress Center, located in the Marina of Vilamoura, on December 1st.

As in previous editions, the event will be created on the basis of the volunteer work of the teams of the various hotels and the products and services provided by various partners, with the total revenue to be reverted to two Algarve institutions: APEXA – Exceptional Person from the Algarve – and aCATRAIA – Temporary Reception Center for Minors at Risk.

The signature dishes that make up the Christmas Menu of this dinner will be elaborated together by the 14chefs of the best luxury Algarve hotels that unite to materialize the spirit of sharing and characteristic solidarity of Christmas: Adérito Almeida, André Basto, Bruno Viegas, Bruno Oliveira , David Domingues, Diogo Pereira, José Botelho, José Leitão, Luís Batalha, Miguel Lourenço, Miguel Teixeira, Nuno Martins, Vítor Monteiro and Vítor Moreira.

In addition to gastronomic tasting, the event also features the presentation of Mário Augusto, musical performance by Filipe Pinto, winner of the 3rd edition in Portugal of Ídolos program, and stand-up comedy performance by Guilherme Fonseca.

Tickets – with a value of 30 Euros per person – give access to the welcome cocktail, the gala dinner with musical entertainment and stand-up comedy performances, and will be on sale from November 15 at the following hotels : Conrad Algarve, Hilton Vilamoura, NAU Salgados Dunas Suites, Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, Anatara Vilamoura Resort, Vidamar Resort Hotel Algarve, Monte Santo Resort, APEXA, CATRAIA.
