ANA BACALHAU launches the PODCAST “MUNDO ANTENA”, which will have 6 weekly episodes and very special guests. The first episode is now available and features NUNO MARKL as a guest.
Ana Bacalhau’s long-awaited new album, Mundo Antena, was released last Friday, April 11th, and is available in physical and digital formats. Produced by João Só, the new work has 19 tracks, including the songs: Não Vás Embora, Rapaz!”, “Fósforo”, “Imperial & Fino” (with Cláudia Pascoal), “Por Nos Darem Tanto”, “Agosto” and the new single “Até Parece”.
There is a new frequency to tune into in Portuguese music. Mundo Antena by Ana Bacalhau is a sound journey that takes us into stories, stories in turn. This world is inhabited by a universe of songs that invite us to be part of a mystery or a connection that activates us in the history of music. The album launch takes place simultaneously with the premiere of the podcast and the live show with a unique visual and sound concept.
In this new work, Ana Bacalhau explores other sound universes, reaffirming her versatility and capacity for reinvention. Mundo Antena includes a line-up of luxury partnerships where names such as Nuno Markl, Fernando Alvim, Joana Marques, Inês Meneses, António Macedo join Ana Bacalhau in a series of intimate and revealing conversations about sound creation.
The visual identity of Mundo Antena is signed by João Pombeiro, who had already worked on the covers of the previous singles of this project (except “Imperial é Fino”). Its unmistakable aesthetic brings a dimension that complements the album’s concept, making it even more “real”.
With Mundo Antena, Ana Bacalhau invites us to turn on the radio, adjust the frequency and enter a world where each track is a discovery. The invitation is open: tune in to this new and irresistible musical journey.
