After the success achieved with “Funk Rave” (whose video surpassed 14 million views in just one month), Anitta finally reveals the project in which this new single is integrated, entitled “Funk Generation: A Favela Story”.
With “Funk Generation: A Favela Story”, Anitta takes us back to her origins, introducing the world to the culture of the favela and Brazilian funk, with the well-known single “Funk Rave”, accompanied by the originals “Casi Casi” and ““ Used To Be”.
“Casi Casi” is a theme that addresses the dynamics of the favela, showing the relationships between the characters in a phase of the narrative in which Anitta presents herself as living day-to-day without the weight of responsibility, enjoying life to the fullest and with all the intensity. “Used To Be” tells the end of this story, in which the protagonist decides to adopt a more stable life with her better half.
