The multi-century Fair of the Year, Onions and Clothing Velha will take place in person on the 7th and 8th, at Largo da Feira, held in a format identical to the biweekly fair, with a contingency plan suited to the pandemic period that the country is going through.
The municipality of Montemor-o-Velho will also promote commerce and the local economy, through a digital showcase, in which the exhibitors who every year disclose and promote the local economic potential continue to be highlighted.
On September 8th, the solemn session of the Municipality Day takes place, in the open air, in Praça da República, in which the various individuals and municipal entities will be distinguished with the presentation of municipal merit medals.
The ceremony will be broadcast live on the municipality’s social networks.
