Prenda Minha, an album that brings together António Zambujo and Yamandu Costa, is now available in stores and on digital platforms.
Over 14 tracks, the two cover original compositions, but also reinterpretations of classics by authors such as Chico Buarque, José Carlos Ary dos Santos, Ramón Ayala, and Tom Jobim, among others.
This is a record for posterity of a partnership that, since 2022, has already sold out several theatres in Brazil and Portugal, but also in Spain, France and Serbia. Prenda Minha represents the symbiosis created throughout tours by the voice of António Zambujo and the seven-string guitar of Yamandu Costa.
The title track is the first single to come out of this album, being an original composition by Yamandu Costa and Paulo César Pinheiro. Themes such as “Fala de Amor” (Tom Jobim), “Gente Humilde” (Chico Buarque, Vinicius de Moraes and Garoto) and “Estrela da Tarde” (José Carlos Ary dos Santos and Fernando Tordo) are other of Prenda Minha’s calling cards.
