Arroz de Pato – Duck Rice
Arroz de Pato is a traditional dish and one of my favourite delicacies from Portugal, simple dish, economical and very tasty.
Cook the duck meat with chorizo, bacon and other aromatic ingredients to flavour the meat and the broth with a rice cooked with the duck broth and all the ingredients cooked together ending in the Oven. This is a very comforting dish. It’s very easy to do it and ends up so well, follow my recipe for easy and authentic.
