In celebration of the International Day of Yoga, on the 21st of June, Amoreiras 360º Panoramic View, in partnership with the prestigious Yoga teacher Asthanga Isa Guitana, will provide a special moment for lovers and those curious about this practice.
On this day, two free Yoga classes will be held, providing a unique experience of energy and balance in the heights, in the heart of the capital.
Participants will be able to choose between two sessions, the first from 8:30 am to 9:30 am and the second from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, each with a capacity for 45 students. All subscribers will receive an offer from the Celeiro store.

Isa Guitana is a KPJAYI Authorized Asthanga Yoga Teacher in Mysore, India with over 22 years of experience. In addition to her distinguished career in this practice, Isa sings and teaches mystical Devotional Chants in schools and festivals around the world.

About Professor Isa Guitana
With more than 22 years of experience, Isa has dedicated her daily presence to each student she accompanies, supporting their journey towards self-knowledge, and inspiring each one to discover their deepest inner potential. He traveled for 10 years to India to study directly with Shri K Pattabhi Jois and his grandson Sharath Jois in Mysore. She was the first Portuguese to be authorized by the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. As soon as she first came into contact with Ashtanga Yoga, she was in love with the first practice and felt that it challenges her, opens her heart, and brings new levels of growth to life daily – a vision that has been continually renewed. She is the founder of the renowned Casa Vinyasa, the first Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Portugal that has been open for 16 years. She currently spends most of her time in Portugal with her family, teaching between Lisbon and Cascais, in places of great natural beauty, but over the years she has taught in Europe, Asia, and America. In addition to teaching Ashtanga, Isa has pursued her passion for singing and uses her voice as a tool for healing and transformation through guided deep relaxation in Yoga Nidra, in which she intertwines the a capella singing of devotional Bhajans she has learned over the years in India. . She has just released the double album BHAKTI-Mantras e Meditação together with Cuca Roseta and Rute Caldeira, a fusion of Portuguese guitar, and in particular, a Fado Mantra composed by Isa and Cuca. Isa has been teaching and singing at several international festivals such as BOOM, BEING, Wanderlust, and Portugal Spirit Festival, and is regularly invited to perform at Ecstatic Dance festivals.
