Auriol Dongmo sets national record for women’s weight throw
Auriol Dongmo beat by 10 centimeters the previous record, which she set herself on January 29, at the indoor meeting in Karlsruhe, Germany.
In addition to the national record, Dongmo also assumed the world leadership of the year, in a race in which Benfica player Eliana Pereira was second, with 17.34, and Francislaine Serra, from Sporting, was fourth, with 16.15.
Junior Débora Quaresma (Sporting) set a personal record with 14.76 meters, qualifying mark for the U-20 World Cup.
