It was to the sound of “Every 1’s a Winner”, by Hot Chocolat, that the Band of Horses entered the stage on time to an audience that, despite little applauded them with vigor.
The American band of Ben Bridwell, the only founding member, did not reach the notoriety of other bands, despite the promising start, themes from the 2006 album “Everything All the Time” were not lacking in the Campo Pequeno concert where Ben was accompanied by Ryan Monroe on keys, Creighton Barrett on drums, Matt Gentling on bass and Brett Nash on guitar.
It was with “Never Tear Us Apart” by INXS, and “The General Specific”, that they said goodbye to Lisbon and ended the tour that took them through Europe.
The first part was in charge of Gently Tender who warmed up the audience that was present in Campo Pequeno to see the Band of Horses.
