Benfica beat Portimonense in Algarve (5-1)
This Thursday, Benfica returned to winning ways, beating Portimonense by 5-1 in the Algarve.
The reds, who recovered the third place in the classification, were still at a disadvantage (Beto’s goal), but drew even before the break, by Pizzi, consummating the turnaround in the second half, with goals from Darwin, Seferovic (2).
Benfica is now adding 60 points, once again overtaking SC Braga (58). Portimonense, on the other hand, after three consecutive victories, come back to know the taste of defeat, finding themselves with 32 points in the 10th position of the classification.
