Benfica added today’s second Group C win of the Futsal Champions League Elite Round, held at the João Rocha Pavilion in Lisbon, beating Sibiryak 4-2 on Matchday 2.
Bruno Coelho (8 and 24 minutes), Robinho (12) and Chaguinha (29) scored the goals of the ‘incarnates’, who have already won 2-0 at halftime while goalkeeper Nikolai Balashov (23) and Sergei Pokotylo 38) were invoiced to the Russians.
The ‘incarnates’ add up to six points, against three of Sporting, who face the Croatians of Novo Vrijeme starting at 20:30, could equal Lisbon’s rival, facing Sunday, in the game that had decided the final four.
