Boca Linda debuts new menu inspired by roots and sharing
and presents the third edition of Poetry Nights
Inspired by the spirit of sharing in Mexican cuisine, the restaurant is renewing its menu with unmissable dishes that represent traditional Mexican cuisine.
With a warm soul and vibrant spirit, the arrival of spring and longer days presents an opportunity for Boca Linda to renew its menu and introduce many new dishes that invite you to embark on an immersive journey through the essence and most authentic flavours of Mexico, in a tribute to Mexican tradition and identity. To also give space to Mexican culture, Boca Linda will also host the third edition of Poetry Nights on May 21.
From the iconic tacos, toasts, slow-cooked meats and the indispensable corn, this new menu highlights surprising combinations that are perfect for sharing. To start the experience, Boca Linda’s new menu features indulgent Croquettes (RRP €5) and Queijo Fusido (RRP €8), served with mushrooms or chorizo (RRP €11), a dish where the flavours merge and the intensity increases.
Still embracing the traditional sharing of Mexican cuisine, this renewed menu features the Pescado Maya (RRP €28) as the main dish, a symbol of Yucatan cuisine, consisting of marinated fish slowly cooked in banana leaves, resulting in a rich and authentic flavour, enhanced by orange, achiote, peppers and onion. The Tampiqueña Steak (RRP €26), a traditional dish from Tampico, offers a balanced combination of textures and flavours, where the grilled steak is enriched by the creaminess of the mozzarella cheese and the intensity of the roasted tomato. The Short Ribs (RRP €26) is also a star of the new main dishes, a highly marbled beef that results in a juicy and intense texture, slowly cooked with pepper and red wine, and served with mashed potatoes.
To slow down the intense pace of everyday life and for those looking for lighter dishes without sacrificing the intensity and essence of Mexican culinary culture, Boca Linda’s new menu offers an incredible and refreshing Tomato and Tomatillo Salad (RRP €8), the perfect balance between the sweet and acidic notes of tomato and tomatillo, and the Chicken Tacos Dorados (RRP €12), a delicious option that combines the crunchiness of corn tortillas with the juices of shredded chicken.
To end this journey through Mexican cuisine, there’s nothing better than four new desserts that promise to leave no one indifferent. For those who enjoy sweeter flavours, the Cajeta Flan (RRP €6) is the ideal choice — a flan pudding enriched with dulce de leche. If chocolate is the real temptation, the Chocolate Fondant (RRP $8) is the perfect option. The traditional and irresistible Churros (RRP €8) are on the new Boca Linda menu, as is the Artisanal Ice Cream of the Day (RRP €8), two timeless suggestions that never disappoint.
To maximise the sharing experience, the doors of Boca Linda will open on the 21st to host the third edition of Poetry Nights. Entirely dedicated to sharing, this edition is the perfect opportunity to get to know the new menu and experience a unique evening, where the intense flavours of Mexican cuisine meet words, in a lively and warm atmosphere, so characteristic of the restaurant.
Ideal for sharing, the new Boca Linda menu is now available at the restaurant, so you can make the most of the long, hot days that are approaching.
