British Airways Awards: Tivoli Carvoeiro is a favourite of guests
Once again, Tivoli Carvoeiro will once again be featured in one of the main tourism and hospitality awards. The hotel, with a unique location on the emblematic cliff of Vale Covo, has just been awarded the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2018.
This award is the result of impartial customer reviews and was created to honour the hotels that please the customers of this important operator.
The unit, which was reopened a year ago and was completely refurbished, received a total score of 9.6 out of 10 possible points, one of the highest, for offering an excellent experience to its guests, stresses British Airways Holidays, which asked users to hotels according to a series of parameters (such as location, service, sleep quality, etc.).
