This release marks the Brazilian artist’s debut in an international Vevo project; official videos for the songs “Deve Ser Horrível Ser Você” and “Eu Sou Só Minha” are now available on YouTube.
Singer and songwriter Budah, one of the leading voices of new Brazilian R&B, debuts in the international project “Live from Vevo Studios” with the release of the EP Eu Sou Só Minha (Live from Vevo), now available on digital platforms. This work includes live versions of two of the artist’s songs: “Deve Ser Horrível Ser Você” — which has already surpassed 2 million streams in its original version — and the previously unreleased “Eu Sou Só Minha”, a song written by Budah and produced in collaboration with Portuguese producers Fumaxa and DAUS, two relevant names in the rap, trap and hip hop scene in Portugal.
The performances were recorded in New York, marking the Brazilian artist’s first participation in the prestigious Vevo project, which has already featured artists such as Billie Eilish, Sam Smith and Anitta. The EP was recorded after Budah went on an international tour, which included Portugal in February of this year to perform at the Mainstreet Festival, where she began collaborating with Portuguese producers. Recently, Budah released her first song with an American artist, the romantic “Distant Lover Pt. II”, featuring musician bLAck pARty.

With Eu Sou Só Minha (Live from Vevo), Budah reaffirms her powerful and plural artistic identity, expanding her trajectory beyond the borders of Brazil with a performance that combines lyricism, intensity and sensitivity in a global context.
