Calema sold out tour in France last weekend
The duo is also conquering the French charts with the single “Onde Anda”
This weekend Calema gave a series of concerts in France that was a real success. An example of this is the show they played for around 5,000 people at the Palais des Sports, in Paris, which sold out to hear the brothers António and Fradique. It was such a success that Calema has already set a new date in this same room, for February 24, 2024.
The duo also performed at the Palais de Congrés, in Tour, and at L’Amphithéatre, in Lyon.
Calema’s success in France goes far beyond the stage. After conquering the French digital and airplay charts with the single “Te Amo (Remix)”, now it’s time for the hit “Onde Anda” to start dominating. The single has already reached #1 on the Shazam top in France, having also entered the Top 200 of the most listened songs on Spotify. Recently an acoustic version of this song was revealed.
In Portugal, Calema continues to conquer the digital and airplay tops, particularly with the recent single “A Nossa Dança”.
“A Nossa Dança” remains firmly in the top 20 of the most listened-to songs at the moment on Spotify in Portugal and also in the top 50 of airplay on national radio stations, and the tendency is for it to continue to rise in both tops. The single is still at #1 on the top of Shazam in Portugal.
The official video for “A Nossa Dança” has more than 2.2 million views on YouTube in just three weeks and remained #1 on YouTube’s national top trends for several days.
Calema recently emerged victorious from the PLAY – Portuguese Music Awards, taking home the award for Best Group.
