After a stop in Porto, Calum Scott took the stage at the Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon to present his new album Avenoir.
Calum Scott has become a global star, having already visited Lisbon with a fantastic concert at Capitólio and Rock in Rio Lisboa, with three albums to his name: Only Human (2018), Bridges (2022), and now Avenoir.
Calum Scott has become a veritable hit machine, responsible for several songs that have dominated radio stations and the stages of major music festivals around the world, such as “Where Are You Now,” a collaboration with DJ LostFrequencies, “You Are The Reason,” which was later re-recorded as a duet with Leona Lewis, and “Biblical.”
Avenoir, his third album of new songs, includes “God Knows,” “Roots,” “Lighthouse,” and “At Your Worst,” but his best-known songs were not forgotten.
Also included on the program were “What I Miss Most,” “Rhythm Inside,” “No Matter What,” “Gone,” “Mad,” “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” the Whitney Houston cover (“Who Loves Me“), “Peripheral Vision,” “Unsteady,” “Where Are You Now” (Lost Frequencies cover), “Whistle” (Jax Jones & Calum Scott), “One More Drink,” “Biblical,” and “Die for You.” For the encore, he had the songs “You Are the Reason” and “Dancing on My Own” (Robyn’s cover), with which he closed the show in Lisbon.
