“I forced myself into Joana’s life twice. The first was when I heard her sing and I proposed to her to produce her album, and the second was when I suggested that the “song of the moment” should be a female duet. less brazen, or less direct, but the intention was the same, to be part of their music.
The “song of the instant” is for me a kind of meditation. Hearing it, I have no weight. It’s a song with no ground. It feels so good to let go of the ground once in a while.”
