Carlão at the Festa das Vindimas in Palmela
Carlão took his group to the Festas das Vintimas stage for an unforgettable concert.
[dropcap type=”default”]S[/dropcap]eptember 2, was another day of celebration in Palmela at the 57th edition of Festas das Vindimas.
The program began with a demonstration of cinematic means with the Republican National Guard (GNR) at 12.30 in the morning.
The day continued with various activities such as drone flights, the “Best Vineyard 2019” contest and as usual, always with music around the party grounds.
When the sun was about to set at Largo de S. João, a dance performance took place with the company of the Sevillanas & Flamenco School S.F.H at 20:00.
The Adegas Wine Lounge Stage was premiered and animated by DJ George Dee at 21:00.
At the same time, an amazing show began at Cine-Teatro S. João with the Music Band of the Humanitarian Philharmonic Society.
The task of debuting the Main Stage went to the Chá do Chile band. The south bank group formed in 2017 and surprised Palmela with its original themes.
At 22:30, Carlão went up to the Main Stage and started a concert that we are sure the Palmelenses will not forget so easily.
With his ease of enchanting and impressing everyone, the former Da Weasel member gave a concert full of energy and emotion that got Palmela off the ground.
By midnight, the Funil & Abelhinha group went up to the Wine Lounge Winery Stage to end the night of this great day of parties.
The Festa das Vindimas ended on Tuesday, September 3, with highlights for the Best Castelão contest, the contest between the Setúbal and Douro Muscat and the 2019 Vindimas procession.
Also noteworthy are the concerts of Supa Squad on the main stage and the group X-Acto on the secondary stage.
At 1 a.m, the Palmelenses and all visitors were invited to participate in a fire drill that began inside the great Palmela Castle.
