Carolina Deslandes solds out Capitólio after announcing live debut of ‘MULHER’

The ticket value reverts in full to UMAR - União de Mulheres Alternativa e Responsta.

The day after announcing the live debut of ‘MULHER’ at the Capitólio, on 25 November, International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women – Carolina Deslandes sees the audience sell out in Lisbon.

Carolina Deslandes‘ surprising new project is an EP with 6 original themes, a short film and the maximum expression of an artist of causes, which transcends itself with each step it takes.

The short film ‘MULHER’, in which you can listen to the new songs and watch the written fiction, narrated and starred by Carolina Deslandes, represents several generations of women victims of domestic violence and will be shown in the first half hour of the event.

The artist then takes the stage to present live, for the first time, in an exclusive showcase, the 6 new songs of the EP, which will be available on all platforms, that same night, after the event. This launch has the support of MEO that will amplify this cause.

MULHER‘ succeeds the EP ‘Mercúrio‘, released this summer in partnership with Jimmy P, and the album ‘CASA‘, released in April 2018, which reached the Platinum mark and placed Carolina Deslandes among the most successful artists in Portugal .

CASA‘ includes three singles that reached the sales and streaming tops: ”A Vida Toda”, which won the Platinum Award twice and was distinguished with the Golden Globe for Best Music, “Avião de Papel” in partnership with Rui Veloso and “Adeus, Amor Adeus”, both Golden Single.
