Casa e Cozinha shows how to spend less and eat better
T6 of “Eat Well for Less” premieres on February 24
Inflation is felt in the pockets of the Portuguese, especially when going to the supermarket. To cut costs without neglecting food, Casa e Cozinha suggests starting February 24, at 10 pm, the new season of “Eat Well for Less”.
In the sixth season of “Eat Well for Less”, Chris Bavin and Gregg Wallace continue their journey across the UK to help families save money, explaining some facts about food and showing how it is possible to spend less and eat better.
Over six new episodes, aired from Monday to Friday at 10 pm, the Casa e Cozinha channel offers useful tips on how to shop, cook and eat healthy without going broke.
Maintaining variety and quality in food on a tight budget is the challenge of each 60-minute episode where, with the help of a nutritionist, the hosts jointly analyze the family’s purchases and set a goal of how much they could save.
In the first episode of season six, Gregg and Chris meet a family that hasn’t eaten a meal together in three years. Will they be able to bring them back to the table, guaranteeing healthier meals at a more affordable price?
