Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa have new opening hours

Opening at 1 pm and closing at 1 am

In close cooperation with the national authorities, Estoril Sol changed the opening hours of Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa, maintaining compliance with the rules and recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health – DGS in order to combat the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. The Municipality of Cascais and the Municipality of Lisbon considered that the necessary conditions were met for Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa, respectively, to open at 1 pm and to close at 1 am, starting at midnight. customer entries are prohibited.

With a strict protocol that favours the protection of the health and safety of all its customers and employees, the new schedule has been in effect at Casino Estoril, since last Friday, the 21st, and will start at Casino Lisboa, this Tuesday, August 25th.

Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa open at 1 pm, with only access to the areas of the automatic machine rooms and respective snack bar available. Subsequently, at 3 pm, visitors will be able to access the remaining public areas, namely traditional game rooms, central snack bars and art galleries.

It should also be noted that after 8 pm, the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, except in the context of the meal service and for consumption in the restaurant spaces.

It should be remembered that Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa were distinguished with the “Clean & Safe” certificate from Turismo de Portugal. In order to obtain the “Healthy & Safe Establishment” seal, a wide range of measures and strict sanitary procedures were adopted, following all DGS guidelines.

Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa have also joined the COVID OUT service, Seal of Trust, Clean Surfaces Safe Places, issued by ISQ, which guarantees that the effectiveness of the measures implemented to control the transmission of SARS-CoV- 2 and ensure that the locations of your casinos are safe, by demanding to monitor of their different spaces.

Within the scope of containing the dissemination of Covid-19, Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa reorganized their public areas, more specifically the spaces reserved for gambling, catering areas, and showrooms, implementing a set of actions that guarantee the distance social and temperature control at the entrance and compliance with the rules of respiratory etiquette such as, for example, the use of a mask or hand hygiene.

Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa provide customers with a series of useful information on the procedures to be adopted to prevent the spread of the virus, which can be consulted through the evolved multimedia system and on posters posted in their own locations.
