Casino Lisboa reopens, on the 1st of October, the Auditorium of the Oceans, thus restarting the cycle of performances of the comedy “A Peça Que Dá Para o Torto”.

A success interrupted on several occasions due to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, “A Peça Que Dá Para o Torto” returns to Casino Lisboa’s Oceanos Auditorium for a new season of good humor.

With an expressive international success, “A Peça Que Dá Para o Torto” premiered in London 6 years ago and has already passed, returned or is still passing through more than 30 countries, from all continents.

The success has already been distinguished with highly relevant awards: On Broadway in 2017: Tony for Best Set Design, Broadway.com Audience Choice for New Theater Show, Broadway World for Best New Theater Show, Broadway World for Best Sound Design and Best Staging. In 2016 it won the Critics Award for Best Commercial Production (Hungary), the Haldun Dormen Special for Best Comedy or Musical (Turkey) and the Molière for Best Comedy (France). When premiered in 2015 in England, it won the Olivier for Best New Comedy, Broadway World England for Best New Theater Show and WhatsOnStage for Best New Comedy.
