Catholic-Lisbon launches disruptive model of executive training
The Catholic Lisbon School of Business & Economics announces the launch of online academies, a totally online executive training model that intends to foster the continuous development of professionals with relevant and current knowledge, thus contributing to their success in the job market.
Practical and specialized workshops, the choice of participant and short-lived, led by experts in the practice of each topic, provide the skills and tools required for an increase in productivity and quality management practices.
“Digital Marketing”, “People Core Skills”, “Digital Competencies & Innovation” and “Get Your Career In Gear” are online academies already available from June. Each online academy has more than 20 specialized workshops, with current topics and high relevance to management professionals. Each workshop includes 4H of Active Learning Time (total time a participant dedicates to learning a competence), distributed by multiple learning instruments, such as videoconferencing sessions, content sharing in multimedia format and practical application of individual or group concepts, adjusted In order to optimize the transmission, application and retention of knowledge.
With regard to online academies available, “Digital Marketing”, which aims to equip professionals with skills, methodologies and tools specializing in the area of digital marketing, will have workshops like Facebook and Instagram ADS, Google Search Ads, Google Analytics Beginners and Search Engine Optimization.
Already “People Core Skills”, which intends to continuously develop the personal and interpersonal skills of professionals, ensuring improvements in their performance, will have workshops related to personal motivation strategies, interpersonal relationships and happiness as a motor of success.
The “Digital Competencies & Innovation”, which aims to munir professionals with digital and innovation skills to work and lead in a constant disruption society, will have workshops related to digital transformation, lessons and regulation of startups and entrepreneurship, and social innovation.
Finally, the “Get Your Career in Gear”, which aims to munir the fundamental skills for the proactive management of its performance and career, will have networking workshops, skills management and career management tools.
Throughout the year new online academies focused on central themes for the continuous development of professionals will be launched.
Participants concluding workshops in online academies will be entitled to Catholic-Lisbon executive training certificates at 3 different levels. They will be digital certificates with Blockchain technology authentication, unique offer in Portugal.
