This asset, previously held by Imoprime – Closed Real Estate Investment Fund, is now part of the portfolio under management of NIPA Capital.
Known for its iconic design and unique visibility, D. Manuel II is one of the city’s most iconic buildings. Located next to the gardens of the Crystal Palace, this asset has traditionally been occupied by the insurance company Tranquilidade, which will remain the main tenant. It is a building with more than 15,000 square meters of ABC and approximately 140 parking spaces that offer occupants excellent conditions and flexibility.
