To make the festive season even more special, the Hoti Hotels Group presents exclusive programmes that combine elegance, comfort and exceptional flavours in two of its units in Lisbon: Hotel Meliá Lisboa Oriente and Hotel Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto.
The modern and sophisticated atmosphere of the Meliá Lisboa Oriente gives the motto for two unmissable gastronomic moments: the Christmas Brunch on 25 December and the New Year’s Brunch on 1 January.
The first one will be available for 39€ per person (without drinks) and will include a variety of starters, including fruit platters, sausages and cheeses, salted and Christmas desserts, and a selection of hot dishes such as Coriander Cream, Octopus with Lagareiro, Rice of Sausages and Vegetable Lasagna. The second, for a value of € 34.90 per person (without drinks), will have a variety of simple and compound salads, eggs, sausages and bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and sautéed spinach to start, and hot dishes such as Vegetable Cream, Cod with Bread and Roasted Duck with Orange.
At the Meliá Lisboa Aeroporto, the Christmas dinner is designed to bring together family or friends for a special night. Will run from 7 pm to 10 pm, at the Colinas de Lisboa Restaurant, of the unit itself, and will have a value of 49€ per person (with drinks included).
Pumpkin velvety, whipped cream Iberian ham powder lobster ravioli, crustacean broth and seaweed are the entrances that the restaurant presents to start the meal. In the hot dishes, among the various options available, highlight the cod loin in the oven with a creamy sauce of crustaceans and for the loin of calf, sautéed foie gras, wood sauce, fondant potatoes and green asparagus. To finish, there will be a buffet of Christmas desserts.
To celebrate the New Year, the hotel has launched a complete package that includes accommodation in a double room with breakfast, late check-out (subject to availability) and access to the health club. The program for one night has a value of 265€ per person.
On the evening of December 31st, a welcome cocktail will be served, followed by a buffet dinner in the private room, from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Poached grouper loin, sparkling sauce caviar and seafood crepe, coconut curry and lime grass are two of the main dishes available, there is also a show cooking season, which will include octopus rice, shrimp and coriander and bairrada style piggy belly, and finally a dessert buffet.
At midnight, guests can toast the new year with sparkling wine and raisins and, at 2:00 am, they will have access to a supper, composed of green broth with cornbread and chorizo, mini bread with chouriço, hot cocoa and candy miniatures such as berlin balls, cream pastries and doughnuts. From 8:00 pm to 3:00 am, there will be animation with a DJ and an open bar, which will provide an evening full of music and fun.
