CES 2021 will take place in digital format

The organization of the CES technology fair, CTA (Consumer Technology Association) announced that next year’s edition, which takes place annually in Las Vegas, at the beginning of each year, will be exclusively digital.

This decision results from the difficulties that the American authorities have had in containing the new Coronavirus, so it will be impossible to guarantee the safety of the thousands of visitors who usually visit the fair, which takes place in the city of Las Vegas.

For 2021, the fair will take place between the 6th and the 9th of January, in a totally digital format, through the official page of the event, but the organization hopes that in 2022 the fair will be able to start again in person.
