Chef Celestino Grave prepares Christmas with showcooking at Porto Palácio
Tradition with more than 30 years is renewed in the Porto Palácio Hotel.
The Family Christmas tradition is reserved for the table at the Porto Palácio Hotel, where the Christmas Dinner and the lunch on December 25th have the mastery of Chef Celestino Grave to give new flavors to the celebrations. In the Porto Room, a cozy atmosphere and with the refinement that the date demands is wrapped by the chords of Duo Musikando, that guarantees the animation with songs of the time.
The Christmas Dinner, between 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., is divided into several options, from salads to appetizers and condiments, soups and traditional main dishes such as octopus baked in the oven, cod cooked with all or roasted turkey to which proposals are added alternatives such as Wellington steak or pasta, thinking about the different tastes of the various family members.
On the 25th at lunch, the meeting is scheduled for 12:30 p.m., and until 4:00 p.m., the typical old rag is the protagonist of a menu in which there is no shortage of roast kid, lagareiro octopus, capon rooster with chestnuts and a novelty: show-cooking with roasted day fish in the oven. Cake-King, vermicelli, Christmas trunk and many other Christmas desserts invite you to close the Christmas Day lunch in the sweetest way.
