Cherne with rum in cream sauce

A delicious recipe for Cherne with rum in cream sauce. An easy to prepare and very juicy recipe. Dare to experiment.

Serves 4 servings


4 cherne put
1 tsp green peppercorns
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tbsp vegetable margarine
1 cup fish stock
1 teaspoon cornstarch flour cornstarch
2 tbsp cream
1 tablespoon rum
salt q.s.


Clean and season the fish slices with salt and pepper.
Fry in margarine and olive oil. After frying, drizzle them with the fish stock, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the fish and place it on a preheated platter.
Mix the flour with a little water, rum and cream in the sauce.
Rectify the seasonings, stir slightly and add the fish again, let it set for a few minutes and is ready to serve.
