Chocolat Festival Portugal starts at WOW this Thursday

The official opening of the International Chocolate and Cocoa Festival takes place this Thursday, the 19th, at 7 pm. From then on until Sunday, Vila Nova de Gaia will be the capital of original chocolate, with activities and offers for all tastes and ages.

Rain is the perfect excuse for a visit to the Chocolat Festival. From Thursday to Sunday, everything is ready for WOW, in Gaia, to be the epicentre of a chocolate storm, which promises to heat up the atmosphere.

After the great success of the first European edition, which was attended by more than 50 thousand people, the largest chocolate and cocoa event in Latin America returns to WOW. The Chocolat Festival Portugal will bring together attractions for all tastes: the Chocolate Fair, Showcookings, Workshops, the International Chocolate and Cocoa Forum, and Chocoland.

Entry to the event is free and visitors can freely wander around the event and watch all the shows, live sculptures and tastings from the various national and international pastry chefs. There are also paid activities, such as Chocoland for children and the Forum where experts from countries such as Portugal, Brazil, France, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, Venezuela and Costa Rica, among others, will speak.
