Chosen the last finalists for the ‘Festival da Canção’
This Saturday the second semifinal of the musical event took place, culminating in the choice of the final five finalists.
The five most voted in this second semifinal were: Joana Alegre – ‘Joana do Mar’; Carolina Deslandes – ‘Por Que Triz’; Pedro Gonçalves – ‘Não Vou Ficar’; Neev – ‘Dancing in the Stars’; EU.CLIDES – ‘Face back’.
In this way, they join the other five finalists chosen in the first semifinal, which took place a week ago: Valéria – ‘Na Mais profunda saudade’; Karetus and Romeu Bairos – ‘Saudade‘; The Black Mamba – ‘Love is on My Side‘; Fábia Maia – ‘Dia Lindo‘; Sara Afonso – ‘Contramão‘.
The final of the 2021 Song Festival is scheduled for next Saturday, March 6th. The winner will represent Portugal at the 65th edition of Eurovision, which will take place on May 18, 20, and 22, in the Netherlands.
