Cycle of Seminars on democratic political systems begins tomorrow, April 15th
The cycle of seminars “Challenges to International Governance in the 21st century“, organized by the Instituto Jurídico Portucalense, will start tomorrow, April 15th, with the main theme of political governance in the 21st century and what challenges it faces.
The five seminars – which will be attended by renowned national and foreign researchers – will address and analyze democratic political systems, and what obstacles are encountered, such as hybrid security threats, Europe’s stability in the Balkans and relations with Russia .
At a time of pandemic, there will also be a reflection on transnational health governance and the contested global order.
Privileging diverse approaches and themes, as these same challenges are, this set of events will debate themes by the hand of Didem Buhari, Izmir Katip Celebi University, Premysl Rosulek, University of West Bohemia, Eva Dias Costa, Portucalense University, IJP, Bruno Reynaud Sousa, University of Minho, and Alena Vysotskaya, University of Minho.
