Classics MX Unleashed and Red Faction II are featured in the Xbox Live Gold August offerings
Xbox Live Gold‘s August offerings again have the adrenaline rush of high-speed racing, this time in the classic MX motorcycle game Unleashed. But that’s not all: to try it out next month there are also Red Faction II, Portal Knights and Override: Mech City Brawl.
With a new month about to start, new free games arrive to try. After Sony unveils the latest list of offerings for the PS Plus, Microsoft’s turn comes to reveal which August games are free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.
New month’s offers are once again full of adrenaline from high-speed racing, this time in the classic Xbox motorcycle game, MX Unleashed. In the title available from 1 to 15 August for Xbox One and 360 it is possible to experiment with multiple modes and perform stunts and tricks to unlock multiple secrets.
Between the 1st and the 31st of August it is the turn of Portal Knights to reach Xbox One. In the action RPG, the players and their team are the only hope in a world terrified by the Hollow King. In it you will have to create your own character, make weapons and defeat enemies, all in an open 3D world. As they level up and become guardian knights, they can also explore dozens of islands, create structures and interact with the various inhabitants of each area.
Between August 16 and 31, subscribers to the Xbox Live Gold service have free access to Red Faction II, for Xbox One and 360. In the classic FPS, five years after the revolt on Mars, it is possible to lead a unique group of super soldiers, each with its specialized methods of destruction, to overthrow the corrupt government and restore peace in the Commonwealth.
Robot battles with scenarios inspired by real locations arrive on Xbox One between August 16 and September 15 with Override: Mech City Brawl. In the game, gamers will be able to put their fighting skills to the test with a collection of 12 giant robots, all of them customizable and with unique skills, and demonstrate that they are the best pilots.
