A project designed by Ruben Martins that aims to provide greater comfort, quality and safety to all who attend the São Brás Cineteatro Jaime Pinto, both to experience culture and to enjoy it.

Remember that this São Brasense cultural facility was inaugurated on December 21, 1952. Since then, it has witnessed the cultural development of the municipality decade after decade.

It was built by a group of friends who fell in love with the seventh art, formed in the company “Unidos”, at a time when São Brasense society was divided between salons, sometimes for the most select 1st December, sometimes for the most popular 1st January, for private parties of the wealthiest families or by the popular camps that were organized here and there.

The Cineteatro, on the contrary, was and is a space for communion and meeting for everyone.

A space that allowed us to create joint memories, but also a scene of joy and some sadness that has marked the history of the municipality. Therefore, it is also an inalienable space of the common heritage of São Brasenses. A heritage that wants to be alive and experienced, active and shared. A heritage of everyone and for everyone.

The show is free entry. Tickets can be collected from February 29th at the Municipal Gallery.

Always confirm with the concert hall or promoter the conditions of access, confirmation of the date or time, ticket place of sale, price, and availability.
