The Portuguese Rock Brotherhood presents A Coletânea 2, its second compilation edition dedicated to Portuguese rock, with a launch scheduled for December 27th.
This is an exclusively physical edition, bringing together 15 unreleased songs from rock projects from various parts of the country, reflecting the vitality, diversity, and authenticity of the current national scene.
The official presentation will take place at the Bar Cine-Teatro G.C. Corroios, on a night that will feature a concert by fellow member mARCIANO. In addition to the live performance, the physical edition of the compilation will be available, as well as merchandise from the Brotherhood and some bands.
A Coletânea 2 (The Compilation 2) reinforces the spirit of continuity and collaboration between projects, once again featuring bands that were part of the first edition, such as Dixit, Balbúrdia, Peter Strange, Lustro, Christina Quest, aBAND’onados, KonFusão, and Cinza Fénix, alongside other names that now join this new edition.
The compilation was mastered by Rui Dias at Mistermaster, ensuring a cohesive and meticulous sound throughout the entire line-up.
More than just a compilation, A Coletânea 2 presents itself as a showcase and a collective manifesto: projects that support each other, build creative bridges, and work together to strengthen rock music made in Portugal. Clear proof that “national rock is alive.”
