Cooperativa Árvore celebrates 60 years

at the service of art and culture since 1963

Cooperativa Árvore celebrates its 60th anniversary this year with various cultural initiatives.

Founded on April 2, 1963, it represents an unavoidable institution in the city of Porto for its contribution, since its origin, to the region and country, to culture and citizenship, and in particular to the conception and dissemination of visual arts. Throughout the year, the sixtieth anniversary will be celebrated through various initiatives included in the Commemorative Program with the High Sponsorship of the Presidency of the Republic.

According to those responsible for Cooperativa Árvore, “there are six decades of enormous effort and resilience by the cooperative, as a whole, but also in the delivery of so many names and personalities, linked to the Governing Bodies of the Cooperative, to the many employees of this house and our associates. who with their effort, attention, and dedication, were always available for this project started in 1963″.
